i woke today with a sense of accomplishment as though i climbed mount everest with my eyes closed. i dreamt a lady slapping the sense outta me as though to metaphorise, it's fuckin not over yet". when is it ever over?
as i listen to "built to spill" on its opening track "goin' against your mind" bam bam bam bam. for once i had time to sit at TAB and act like a punter, picking out 10 scorelines. for me life has decelerated to probably a relaxed limit.
--end of flowery engrish--
the newspaper shouts, "Aucklanders still undecided!" i hardly think any decision will happen soon, as many other towns and cities would lament that fuckin JAFA's are so politically correct, they failed to see any fuckin sense in making a decision and sticking your guns by it. i turn the channels away when waterfront is the subject.
also making the headlines is the resignation of Dr.Donald Brash, husband to a Singaporean and liar to most. it's so fucking amazing how many times he has been caught lying to the press; truth be told (haha) all politicians lie on telly, whether it's to protect the country from itself or for self preservation, are we the public perceived as such suckers for simplicity? i have no love for politics, it just seems amusing that most political leaders actions in front of the camera suggests kiwis as mindless sheep.
on previous headlines, residents are complaining about hell pizza branding exercises which included 400,000 condoms redesigned with the word "LUST" on a durex delivered as a mailer. hello? aren't you fuckin first world countries supposed to practice safe sex? i really don't see what the problem except for half the population's ignorance in recognising that it is a branding exercise and not suggesting that the receiver is guilty of lust. geez no wonder this country has one of the highest STD cases. (it's affecting the quality of the lamb chops, aye?)
