[deftones - Saturday Night Wrist]
a friend once told me deftones - white pony was the best fuckin metal album, hmm i must disagree with her (it's master of puppets by metallica!) but i like their effort on SNW. the words are as poetic as ever and the grindcore still manages to make me look like a bobbing head on the dashboard. notable tracks

2. mein (with SOAD's Serj Tankian)
3. Xerces <- very emo!
4. Beware (the head bobbing begins @ 4:33secs)
5. kimdracula
Chino Moreno and gang reminds me of POD but not so rappy which is good, the last thing the world needs is another fuckin linkin park! so download recommended.
ooops did i say download, i mean purchase.

i haven't listen to enough of the kooks to give the brits a sensible review. so far "naive" is emo enough to put it deep within the recesses of the ipod folder. for the time.
