as kinky and risque the title is, it is not what it means! after what happened yesterday with my prettiness almost dying thanks to its manufacturer, i realised that i still have 5 months left in the warranty coverage and i could extended it for another year if i buy the applecare extended warranty program.
so off i went to newton to get it. it costs $88.99 without GST, for all reader who don't know what GST means, don't ask me cus i couldn't be bothered to find out. but the GST for the applecare is $12, goddamn fuckin hell. now i wanna know what the shit GST is about!
Goods and Services Tax in New Zealand is charged at 12.5%, fuckin hell! in Canada, it's only 6% what is the justification of the extra 6.5%? who knows? blame your government, everyone does!
So end of the day i paid 12.5% of manufacturing taxes for a booklet and a enrollment card both hardly cost the $12 it warranted. So fair trade? tell me about it. $110 for peace of mind is well worth it because now if anything happens to the prettiness (everyone, me included knows with the history of ipods and me, some shit is going to go down) backit goes and i get a new one.
