Reviews
Foo Fighters - 5 songs and a cover; no it's not a new album but an EP with 1 live track, 2 demos, 2 unreleased tracks and a cover. The standout track has to be the live version of "Best of you" and the foo fighters of the old, FFL short for "fat fucking lies". The rest just seems like a mesh of demos stringed in an EP. Only for die hard fans.

INXS- Switch; after rockstar inxs, many and i say many oldies were wondering if the new frontman JD Fortune could live up not to michael hutchence but INXS. I think he did pretty well, minus what yo've seen in rockstar but listen without prejudice. His vocals really do suit inxs but his 1st single "Pretty Vegas" is very out of place in the album. The standout tracks are "Afterglow" "Hot Girls" and "God's Top Ten", maybe it's the rust, maybe they've lost their creative flair, it'll take some time but i'm sure INXS will bounce back. Verdict: pretty decent effort considering all the hype BTW it's rockstar INXS 4th runner up Suzie McNeal's voice on God's Top Ten.

i read an article about political correctness yesterday which literally drove me into tears of laugther. The journalist (a man) walked into the shop wanting to buy a pair of jeans; unsure of his size, he asked the assistant if she had a measuring tape.
"Sorry, sir" she said, "we are not allowed measure customers these days. It is sexual harrasment. so to make sure we don't infringe, we don't carry tape measures anymore."

did you jaw drop? it happened on queen street, auckland. +thoughts+ so how the fuck do dressmakers do it? or the sexual harassment thing doesn't work with same sex?
