Story 5 (red eyed & just phobic)
Aged: 22 - 25
Location : various
i met cliff back in school, when kids were picky and when acceptable names were kelvin, mary & jane. it's no surprise that many laughed at names like julian & clifford so we became good friends because we were perceived as weirdos with blank stares. Ahhh ... here's a little a secret, when we came to class red-eyed, many just said "fuckin peeping tom's, stare at old women bathing some more-la"; when we had grins the size of equator, many just said "what's so funny dickhead?", now with the exact symptoms, you get a pee test and cops trying to finger your arse.
Cliff & me hooked up during LICT days, hailing from ipoh and a strict parenthood; i had recently met him at hartamas at a mate's party. usual party - boozing, cars & smokes. he seemed to drift off with Jon (mate's wife's brother) and just sat down out in the garden. i never really remembered anything after that. so he popped a question at the LICT cantina, "hey, you tried HASH?" cliff had recently came back from Beijing where he had spent his teenage life following his dad. i replied "no". ok. like little rats searching for a dark & dingy recluse, we sat down by the stairs at 2 in the afternoon, he brought out a vanity case, seriously how weird would it be to see two fuckers trying to powder themselves - he cracked it open, grabbed some dark malty looking powder, burnt it evenly and mixed with a marlboro red i had, tore off a rizla, made a roche and rolled. Shhhhhh .....
Hey mate why are you walking so slow? i remember kissing for the first time, erotic & sensual; it just gave me a hard-on. ah my back hurts but i feel a little floaty, feels like my soul is trying to break out. give me an example of soft sell strategies? hey julian * snap* snap*. da dee dum. eyes red, watery & hungry.

no#3 rule - you control it.
no#4 rule - no needles.
soon everyone was doing it. we had met up with jimbo, an american consulate's son and his sister and agreed we'll have a smoke out at bangsar. i rounded up cliff and driving along damansara, cliff shouted, STOP! STOP!.. slammed the brakes and got out. Cliff got out to the bus stand, "hey you're nigel from ipoh rite? ..wanna party?" we reached the party and there were some indian's out in tha yard - drinking. ok no drinks just good old fashioned *hit in my system. ok roll em up. by an hour, paul asked for submarine rounds*, it hit like a freight train. walked up, 4 couples on pinkies**, walked down... nigel was stark naked baring it all with the words happy birthday aida!, okayyy... lied down at a bed. {rated RA} creek..creek creek.. "shh..don't make a noise" ... " ohh baby...rock me..rock me harder... at that point i just got up to see paul & a chinese girl getting it on and i said "sorry mate".
went down, cliff was gone, nigel was waiting for me to take him home. so i left without cliff, he eventually slept in the same bed i did and they were still going at it. i only remembered this as we were shown the home made tapes. heh don't bother the master tapes are long gone.
Cliff & me had many more adventures, especially with newbies hearing thumping bass lines. Smoke outs with dealers, good times. my last joint was in 1999; cliff just carried on. Jimbo has since MIA'ed, cliff 's on to greater heights in the UK, nigel's un-heard off.
Jon left us 1998, i guess cliff was never forgiven by his siblings and will always be brandish the one that steered Jon away. Rest in Peace.
