Nasty weather, Parnell + Where's your shoes?

Head Assault: NZ all blacks vs England II test.

oooo.. bad weather yesterday. it rained really bad with freaky wind IN YOUR FACE style. rented a 1995 toyota station wagon for NZD190 with insurance. the insurance is really scary - "pay NZD15 with your rental to avoid NZD2000 payment for major damage and NZD700 for minor damage" scary shit. I'm close to buying a 3-level, 3-bedroom, 2 ensuite (attached baths) and 1 garage for NZD258K in Parnell. I scrapped the NZD309K house so now i have to tell the bankers and lawyers to reject my loan for the earlier house. yeah you can do it, all banks and lawyers encourage it. you see, the ang mohs ENTRUST you to buy the house pending approval from the bank; but sonmetimes we change our minds sooo that's the escape clause. bah. ang moh's damn "gong".

So i'm close to the city @ parnell. Parnell is Auckland's bangsar well sort of. a lotta people tell me "hey parnell is super expensive area" it's near the rangitoto beach and ponsonby which are all "expensive areas". They are also surprised how i got a deal on such a property. so what's left... lawyers, bankers and the deal on July 5th.

Went to Papatoetoe (it pronounced papa-tui-tui and not toe)for dim sum. believe me when i say i have had any NZ food @ all except wendy's and denny's. went to manukau mall to get some presents for little boy's birthday on Tuesday. Hey where are your shoes, man? aren't you f@3kin freezin you little neh neh's off? it's 10 degrees and you get kiwi's walking in a mall bare foot. BARE in mind this is not the 1st time i've seen it, i see it everyday in the city. Hello? you guys live in a tree? where are your shoes? here's 2 NZ dollars go buy yourself a Bata slipper.

excuse me while i flash my Nike's @ him. Pun Tang Pak Ki Ah = stupid white thrash.

I've been here numerous times already and it was always on your 2nd post. And now, BAM! Suddenly, so many! Ah, good readings. Take care!
